ISRAEL WILL FLY OVER GAZA

Isaiah predicted an Israeli assault on Philistia—called Gaza today—would occur before parts of Jordan are occupied. This coincides with the complete destruction of Edom by fire, an area in Jordan.

- Isaiah predicted parts of Jordan (ancient Edom, Moab, and Ammon) will be occupied after Israel "flies over Gaza"
- The word "fly" in Hebrew (עוּף `uwph) literally predicts Israel would fly over Gaza—over 2,500 years before the invention of the airplane!
- After Israel was attacked on October 7, 2023, the enormous arial response against Gaza has caused international outrage.
- The Bible predicts ancient Edom in Jordan will be burned suddenly, by Israel—who will turn these troops instantly into dust, as the sky "rolls together like a scroll." This vision is repeated in Revelation chapter 6.

WHEN THEY DECLARE PEACE AND SAFETY
To be fulfilled by The Abraham Accords?
The Apostle Paul paraphrased an Old Testament prophecy related to Israel. The "sudden destruction" of the Great Tribulation will occur when it appears peace may have come to the Middle East
"When they say, "There is peace and security," then sudden destruction will come upon them, as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and there will be no escape!"

- The Apostle Paul wrote that sudden destruction will occur when "they" are saying "peace and security"
- The phrase "as labor pains" refers to a prophecy in Jeremiah that says God's wrath will come on Israel in this manner:
"And these are the words that Jehovah hath spoken concerning Israel and concerning Judah; for thus saith Jehovah: We have heard a voice of trembling, there is fear, and no peace. Ask ye now, and see, whether a male doth travail with child? Wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail; and all faces are turned into paleness? Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it."
